So I love green and red. But then I always look like I’m headed to the holidays…
By working with amazing companies, I bring 25 years of people and project management to the table. I’ve dealt with numerous HR issues during my time that give me the experience to help others with internal and external issues. I can share stories of Customer Service that would make a diplomat look like a novice. I’ve negotiated with vendors and 3rd parties with the goal of it being a win-win for all.
I bring a breadth of knowledge across many different areas: business strategy, HR, sales, customer service, leadership, environmentalism, grants to name a few. I love collaborating, being a team player, and supporting the client’s agenda. I decided to pivot to owning my own business so I could help businesses in the outdoor industry and those that align with my values.
You might find me at various volunteering locations: animals, the environment, biking, school—I want to help them all! I’m also a lifelong learner. When I’m not working at Strategy House, I’m learning martial arts, running an architecture business, mountain biking, being a ski instructor, or spending time with my family.
